Tne epic noob smash spamers head quaters is the top floor in the cooking guild. Located south of the grand exchange. All you need to get into the cooking guild is a chefs hat or an apron. In the cooking guild there is some ingredients like chocolate bars and cooking apples. There are some stoves and other helpful things in the cooking guild to. Theres even a bank in there but its sadly members only. So you got that the head quarters of the epic noob smash spamers is the top floor of the cooking guild.
